Good Selection of plants, Must make appointment
They have a good selection of succulent plants, especially Aloes and Echeveria. However, they are primarily wholesalers and cater mostly to large retailers across the southwest. So, if you want to go and browse, you need to make an appointment. Otherwise, there will be no one around to help you. Sometimes, even after making an appointment, there may be a no show, because the staff will be at another location loading trucks. They have every pot size available, from 2 inch to large wooden boxes with mature aloe trees planted. When you arrive at the address in a residential neighborhood, you will not see a sign or indication of a plant nursery. You must turn into a drive and role down a steep hill a bit to the front office on the left. The narrow road splits. Stay to your left, and don't go through the gate. There is an orchid nursery on the right, with many greenhouses, which is not open to the public. The prices at Desert Theater are great. Typically $1 for a four inch pot, $3 for a six inch pot, and $8-10 for a ten inch pot. They also have some special or rare plants that would cost more for the same sized pot.
