In between the time of the call and meeting with them, I had read a previous very negative review (that has since been deleted) and was a little concerned. Our experience was completely different and very positive. They went over the details of what their basic price covered and there was no pressure to upgrade anything. The manager asked if we were interested in a better urn than their minimum plastic one, but there was no pressure to change. He also went over what the time line would be and made sure we were not expecting any services from them that he had not covered. He helped go through a checklist to determine how many certified death certificates we would need and then said they would get them for pickup at their location once they were available, another funeral service had told us “you have to go to the health department” to get those.
