Desert Perinatal was recommended to me because I am a high-risk diabetic pregnancy. I was apprehensive at first in who I should see, but they chose Dr. Vo for me because I wanted to see a female doctor. I could not have been more blessed! Dr. Vo is a very knowledgeable, approachable, and kind doctor. She never makes me feel stupid for asking certain questions nor does she chastise you if your blood sugars aren't perfect. She is very explanatory in all that she says and makes sure you are aware of all your options from day one of your pregnancy. The entire office staff is amazingly nice and I have never been left to wait too long for an appointment. They have three offices in the valley to accommodate all their patients and I have enjoyed my visits at all of them. I would highly recommend them if you are in of a perinatologist for your pregnancy needs.

This is my second pregnancy, so I've been through it before. I was recommended by my doctor (from Southern Hills Women's Health) to go here for my normal pregnancy, 20 week ultrasound. Let me tell you. The amount they charge is OUTRAGIOUS! I have Wausau insurance (which is really good) I have never had to pay for any of my other 3 ultrasounds. This place charges $800 for a new patient office visit fee!!! I couldn't believe it! I had to pay $160 outta pocket that day. The office staff said it was becuase they did a "LEVEL 3 ULTRASOUND" and they are 1 of only 2 offices in the WHOLE valley that provide this service. THAT IS BS. It was the WORST ultrasound sound I ever had! They didn't measure the length of my baby, nor did they spend hardly any time determining if it was a boy/girl (which is still up in the air 80% sure it's a girl), nor did the measure the placenta fluid to make sure it is at a proper level, nor did they accurately see (measure) the flow through the chambers of the heart! THIS OFFICE IS SUPPOSE TO HANDLE HIGH RISH PREGNANCIES. I would be scared if I did have something wrong - becuase I don't think they would have caught it. The doctor came in and spent literally 5 seconds looking at the baby through the ultrasound! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!! I had good ultrasounds done on Charleston diagonally across the street from UMC. GO THERE!

Dr. Wilkes and his staff provided me with excellent care during my high risk pregnancy. Dr. Wilkes made me feel like I was his only patient. I was never rushed, he took the time to explain everything to me and my husband and he is a truly remarkable physician. I would highly recommend Dr. Wilkes to anyone seeking the best care for their pregnancy.

I absolutely loved Desert Perinatal Associates. I saw Dr. Adashek most of my pregnancy as well as Dr. Wilkes. I was pregnant with spontaneous triplets and they took care of me my entire pregnancy with such wonderful care. They are there to help you in any way, answer any questions you might have, or concerns. Their staff is wonderful and equally as helpful.
