Love 'em, very rural customers have little choices, but this company still (even after buy out) gets the job done. So, our cans aren't lined up in a row when they are done, & the wind has a lot to do with that by the way, but the garbage is picked up on time, every time, no complaints. Love 'em!

Trash pickup is great but I am always having problems getting my recycles picked up.

After merging with Pima Waste a while back, schedules were goofed up and finally after seeming to get the new system figured out, now they are merging with Waste Management and it has been a total nightmare the past 2 weeks getting our stuff picked up and there is much disorganization on their part regarding recycleables. I am looking for another service.‎

They were great at first but then the company was sold to PWT and the service went down. I have my trash can looking like it was thrown back on my yard, all the rocks are displaced around the area.No trash bags will be picked up outside of trash can anymore which I used to do sometime being a once a week trash pickup. Moved to saguaro and am much happier.

These guys stink and that is no trash joke. They are the least expensive, but spend all their time trying to find reasons not to pick up your trash. One lady in their office, the one that answers the phone the most, loves to argue with customers and stir up trouble. I am switching as soon as I can.
