Took my watch in for a new band spring, picked it up a few days later and all was good with the band BUT the watch was not working. Derrell said the battery now needed to be replaced. Got it replaced, watch then filled up with water and stopped working! I took it in and was told by Derrell that the gasket that seals the back plate of the watch had been pinched and was therefore not water tight. I was told that it would COST ME $10 to replace it........AFTER HE PINCHED IT!!?? Don't go into this store!

I WENT TO DERRELL'S AND GOT A FEW WATCH REPAIRS DONE WHILE I WAIT. I HAD AN OLDER MODEL WATCH HE REFURBISHED FOR ME. IT MAY HAVE TAKEN A WHILE BUT, HE HAD TO FIND ME PARTS SO NO FAULT TO HIM. WHEN EVER I WAS THERE HE WAS ALWAYS A GENTLEMAN TO ME AND MY HUSBAND. SO WHEN I SEE A REPORT THAT PERSON TYPIED UP I CAN NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING OF WHAT HE OR SHE HAS SAID. BECAUSE DERRELL ALWAYS WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE HIS CUSTOMERS HAPPY INCLUDING ME. I WILL ALWAYS BE THANKFUL FOR HIS HELP AND PATIENCE. AND AS FOR THE OTHER PERSON THERE IS PROBABLY MORE TO THAT STORY. DONT ALWAYS BELIEVE WHAT SOME PEOPLE SAY THEIR ARE ALWAYS TWO STORIES TO EVERYTHING. HE HAS ALWAYS DONE WONDERFUL WORK FOR ME AND I AM GLAD TO BE ONE OF HIS CUSTOMERS.

Dishonest, playing a shell game with the price quotes vs. actual prices, and who cares very little about helping and keeping his customers. He is also terribly unreliable, with very slow service, with no regard to client needs or deadlines. Absolutely the worst business I have EVER dealt with.

I was supposed to have a watch cleaned, and band replaced. Dropped off in September, to be ready by December. Never got a phone call. I had to call 5 times, drop in 3 times before I finally get my watch back, with no band. He took until February -- and then I the prices changed upwards, and charged extra for the band! He then begins screaming when I call him on it.

Avoid at all costs.
