This place is extremely unprofessional. First off I made an appointment and they never called to check with me before the date. No big deal I thought, I can keep track of my appointments. Then I went in for my appointment and had to wait half an hour to see someone. They didn’t even do a cleaning, just some x-rays. I was told that I needed four crowns, and they never even mentioned the option of getting fillings. They rushed everything and I never got to speak with the dentist as she quickly left after recommending crowns. Finally I went to pay and this is when things got worse. I was given an estimate for all the procedures they wanted to do, with no options to choose from. Then one of the associates told me that I should sign up for the CareCredit credit card. I declined and she kept insisting that I should sign up for it. I do not like using credit cards and did not want to sign up for it. She then told me that she had already sent my information in and I was approved. I did not know what to say, I was very upset. She never got my permission, and I never received any terms for the credit card. I left feeling very upset, and now have to go through the trouble of canceling a credit card I never wanted in the first place. This place is very unprofessional, they harass their clientele and their quotes were higher than any other dentist I’ve used before. Avoid this place at all costs.
