EXCELLENT ANIMALCARE
I have used Dr. Welch for years... I have had over 20 cats spayed, neutered shots, and surgeries when needed, including some amputations for circumstances beyond our control. , I am a feral cat helper and I adopt stray animals for a life home. Dr. Welch is the most loving, caring doctor I have come across. He is inexpensive and will work with you if necessary. God made doctors like this for people like us.... God Bless You Dr. Welch
