I have had Demetre Jewelers perform small watch repairs for me for years. Always great service at little or no charge. I was out of town and my battery died on watch so I went into a nice jewelry store thinking I would get similar help. The difference in service and price on such a small thing compared to Demetre Jewelers was staggering. I will never use anyone else again. One of my watches finally died, so I just purchased a Swiss Army watch from Peter and am enjoying it!

I've always wanted an Omega Seamaster watch. I live in Charlotte, but come down to Charleston a good bit and found Demetre Jewelers sold them. Great knowledge, great selection. Still I couldn't pull the trigger and went back to Charlotte, went to the dealer here and the difference in store was staggering. Demetre Jewelers was better in every way, including price, so I called and they mailed me my perfect Omega! Wearing it now and loving it! Thanks!

They custom designed my wife's engagement and wadding rings, and I have purchased two watches from them. I would highly recommend giving them a chance if you are in the market for jewelry!

I just bought my first Rolex from Demetre's. It was a fantastic experience. I had spent many hours over the past six months "looking" and unlike the other stores in town, they were always helpful and never impatient with my indecision. So I decided to buy the watch from them. The watch saleman, Peter is great- very knowledgable. It"s a local family run store, so I'm glad my money is staying in town.
