We went this auto shop for our insurance to estimate the repair. The owner told me to drop my Acura TL 1 or 2 days early so they can check car when they're here. After we left from the shop we heard my father-in-law just passed away , we head to New Mexico right way;so I call the owner I have to leave town for emergency. later I call him to ask him the status,and tell him don't do anything or touch my car untill I get back, also tell him I want to get a second estimate from other shop.he said ok.when we back there, he want to charge me 2 hours labor for tear down fee(which he didn't tear down)and storage fee $150, he didn't tell me the first place and even on the phone when we spoke.I tell him he could tell me so I can send my friends to pick up my car, plus I told you do not touch my car why you tear down my car?so he said just charge me for storage coz he have to protect my car. so I paid him and left,then I found out my AC doesn't work, and my computer screen tell me the PC card slide door is open need to check the system,we call him and he admit that he empty AC fluid , he ask me to return so he can fix it, and I ask him why my PC slide door is open, he says he don't know what is that means shows on the screen..(for my car pc system including GPS disc) please tell me the double protection door will open by itself? ( I went to my dealer they told me it have to be manual open by hand to open the PC slide door!)I pay for mess up my car?so I can't trust this shop any more.for the good business need to be inform customer first place and do what customer ask for, he totally avoid . I went 3 place to ask are they charge storage fee, they told me only if the car repair is done and they didn't pick up right away. Â Â
