was given the impression they were capable of making an extra key to my car. only to make me sit & wait on them the whole damn day. & i asked consistently if they were not capable to let me know so i could use a different company...kept giving me bs excuses; customer service was VERY poor!!! only stephanie was ok, bt still they wasted my time. DONT WASTE UR TIME WITH THEM...it'll take forever to get somebody if they come at all...VERY BAD BUSINESS ETHICS!!!! they dont care. period! They were even rejecting my calls & sending me straight to hold.smh. a company with customer service ethics like that shouldn't be in business at all. Literally wasted my WHOLE day waiting on them,smh. Don't want that happening to anybody else.
