Somewhat disappointed‎

I had a fence installed. They did a good job. My issue arose when a few months later when the gate began to fall apart. As with most companies who impress with sales talk but fail to excel, they had a number of reasons why it was not their issue. However, in their defense they did come and fix it...mostly. The trim was left undone. So they performed minimally after too much effort on our part. I'm lucky I have access to contractors, business associates and professional organizations where we share information for non performing or underperforming vendors and suppliers. I intend to share the lackluster initiative.‎
