This is the only shop I will ever go to. Quality work and best artists in Brazoria County. I have witnessed them sterilizing and working and they dont just play.......they work and play. Good fun friendly environment!!

I have been to Deep South and will continue to go there to Jake. I had a tattoo done in Galveston, charged a fortune and was not detailed or colorful. I went to Deep South and Jake put awesome color and detail to it. It now looks fantastic and I get many compliments on it. Also, an old tatoo on my back was re - colored and detailed and it now "pops". I also had a tatoo on my hand that Jake is working on to make it not noticeable. On all of these, a price was set and no matter how many trips it took, I never had to pay any extra for any of them to be retouched. The price is great, and the service is excellent. Do not let the "people" appearence fool you, they know their work and "only" do what YOU want. If you are not satisfied, they will work with you to correct it. I do now and always will recomment Deep South to anyone. Those who speak bad of them must not have nothing else to do with their time or maybe they got a "sub" for less. There is no "sub" art here. Each person has their own special field, some black and white, some color. Ask for one who is in the field that you want done. they each can do all but are better in their own field. Ask who does what you are needing and I promise youe needs will be met.

Great studio with great work. If you are going to get a tattoo, have a clue or at least an idea of what and where you want it. They were very patient and priced to please!! I see the reviews below and just because you're from the north doesn't affect your ability to tattoo. Some of that ignorance!

I have heard a lot of bad things about this shop but i went ahead and went to see for myself, to get my nose pierced. When i got there I was terrified because the piercer had crap all over his face & didn't look very friendly. Complete opposite! He was very very nice to me & my friends, let them come back to watch & even gave me a little time before getting it done. The price was 40, just like everywhere else. I felt they did awesome, & would go back.

Only thing great about this business is it's name.The piercer is a wisenheimer and stuck on himself.Not people friendly.All Yankees.Nothing deep but the prices and poor artistry.
