In sharing several homes with my sisters and realizing we needed to revamp some of the paperwork in owning these homes and then the rental contracts, Mr. Dave was extremely helpful. As this point, we don't have many needs, but when we do, we call Dave. We are charged a flat fee and this works out well for out really small budget in a struggling economy.
