low quality products / unsatisfactory service
I bought a muffler with a lifetime warranty from them 3 years ago that has since rusted through and they refuse to honor the warranty, even though they have the sale including warranty still on file. Instead they said the "best they could do" was sell me a cheaper muffler for $62, this from the owner! I said no thanks, you're not getting any more of my money.
