I brought a jacket in to be dry cleaned. When I picked it up, one of the huge gold button's was missing and another was hanging by a thread. When I pointed it out, she said, oh and a couple minutes later asked if I was sure even though there was thread hanging where the button was. She said she would look for it. She was rude and never said sorry, then demanded payment.
I will NEVER go back.

I was shocked at the service I received during my second visit. I took a dress to be steamed and during pick-up I noticed that it was in the same condition that I had brought it in. I felt terrible paying a high price ($8) for a service they did not do well and tried to explain myself but they didn't care. They were very rude and demanded payment. I paid and left with my wrinkled piece of clothing. I will never return to DC Dry Cleaners. No one should be treated like that.

I brought a sweater in there that was fine when I brought it in, and was stretched out when I picked it up from them. After that I could not wear it. I found the prices too high as well. I now prefer green dry cleaners.

DC Dry Cleaners is the best in the area. They use non-toxic cleaners and their tailor is a seasoned professional of high standards. I've been doing business with them for 3 years and have never once been disappointed.
