Prices start at $100.00 a night (although they claim their rates are far less) the quality of the room and service was worth less than $50.00. If there was a way they could cut corners they did. No coffee in room, no continental breakfast (they advertise this, but none of the guests I talked with could find this nonexistent breakfast), only twenty TV channels available, lights that did not work, and a fitness room that consisted of an elliptical and an exercise bike. Skimped on the towels, shampoo, and soap. Stains on the chairs and bed. The customers service was extremely poor. The service staff had heavy Indian accents that were hard to understand and they could not understand Midwestern accents either, not a good combination for a hotel in Wisconsin. They also had a very poor attitude towards customers, it seemed they were annoyed to have us there. Maybe if they cut their cost to be less than $50.00 a night they'd be okay as a dive hotel. They charged me too much for a run down two story motel. It was horrible. I stayed two days(two too many). Then at checkout time they made me pay to stay and swim for a couple hours. Their breakfast was stale. The bed was stained like someone bled to death on it. The foreigner who owned the place would not allow the heat on in the pool area.
