Very convenient to I-80, but not a noisy area at night. Try to get the rooms closest to the front of the property, though. Washer/dryer coin-op available next to the vending machines. Breakfast includes danish, bagels, bananas, cereal ...

Our stay at Sacramento Day Inn-Rocklin was fine. I was a little concerned by some of the reviews, so I brought my own sheets and extra towel. Neither was needed. It was clean, smelled fresh, simple and convenient. Not to mention, it was cheap! Can't say that these days. So don't forget the price. We had a family event in NewCastle and I choose the Days Inn. We were not disappointed at all. And the simple Continental breakfast was also fine. And I choose it above others, because they were furnished with refridge and micro-w. I only wish they offered double queens or kings, but we made do. The price was right!! I don't like the subjective stars. words mean more. Thanks for letting folks review.‎
