I went into that store twice and both times I received no help what's so ever. The 2 girls working there didn't even bother to help. Too busy talking to each other.

I spent 45 minutes too long looking through the books of images for wedding invitations which they had a ton of selections to be sure. Maybe the first staff person was "trying" to be helpful by asking me vague questions about the wedding (date, location, etc), while I sat on the couch and she was at her desk behind the computer, I felt that she was no help. I eventually had to make up an excuse saying that i'll have to come back to make the final decision but basically I just needed to get out of there. Maybe I had to be more assertive asking for help, but I just assumed with me not knowing anything that they would try to help. Let's just say, first timers this may not be the place to you to get ideas since they aren't very helpful until you want to make a purchase‎

finding the perfect invitation is an overwhelming process. the staff at daydreams were of no help to us as we looked through overpriced invitation books. we spent an hour sifting through invitation after invitation and not once did the staff ask if we needed help! find a different store!
