The service department at Davis Chevrolet is AWFUL. We purchased our vehicle at a credit union. We live in Lexington and went to Davis for service. Last time the vehicle was taken in I said that would be the last time. I had an appointment and it took 2 hours to change the oil. Well, I thought I would give them another chance. I had an appointment this morning at 10:00am, asked the service person when the vehicle would be ready. I was told after lunch. I would think that would mean noon no later than 1:00pm. I called at 2:15 to check on the vehicle and it wasn't ready. Well it is 3:30pm and I still haven't received a call the vehicle is ready. I can tell you that this is the last time.

We have always taken our cars here. Service has always been satifactory and fast. My car is always returned in the same condition as left. Service center has always gone above and beyond to help us as we have needed. Good people and very friendly.

this dealership in in the 3rd generation of the davis family. they are the longest owed Chevrolet dealership in nc. we recently bought our first brand new car from davis. we knew what we wanted in features but we could not find the color. the salesman worked for several days to find us the right car color and all. we were able to get a wonderful rate with dealing with the finance department they have there. highly recommend this dealership.
