A "PC Specialist" from hell
We tried to have our computer repaired at this store. But it soon turned into a nightmare. The owner was initially friendly but insisted on advance payment. As soon he had swiped the credit card - the atmosphere changed, and he became very impolite. He lied to us about when the computer would be repaired, and then ignored follow-up. Trying to reason with him quickly turned into a nightmare. Eventually, we had to consider our payment sunk cost, move on - and get our computer repaired elsewhere.‎

Horrible! Horrible! STAY AWAY.
I tried to have one key to my keyboard repaired here. He ruined my keyboard then asked me for advance payment for ordering a new keyboard. He promised to follow up but didn't. When I called ONE time to enquire about the repair, he called me a demanding customer and was rude. He said he could may do it in a month. This guy George cost me a lot of money and ruined my keyboard. I had to go elsewhere to get my keyboard fixed. Would never go there again.‎

best pc repair shop around
They were able repair our computer that some severe damage due to viruses at an extremely reasonable price. They were also very friendly and very helpful in explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done. I wouldn't take my computer anywhere else‎

I would not recommend !!!!!!
I had a problem with my IBM Thinkpad T43. They charged me $75 for diagnosis alone. Imagine I paid $75 just to confirm the problem that I reported to them. I didn't do the repair cause the quote was very expensive. Whatever total rip-off.‎

I agree with the previous reviewer --I brought my computer there a few years ago and had a bad experience -- delays,rudeness, promises not kept, and they said they fixed my computer but when I brought it home, it still wasn't running correctly but did not want to bring it back otherwise I would have to wait another week (they had told me a 2 day repair). A definite mom-and-pop operation, very unprofessional.
