This is in response to linqping's post.
Dara Denim's policy is to try to fix the merchandise before giving a store credit for damamged goods. If in fact it can not be fixed, we will give the customer full store credit for their purchase. There are FEW cases in which clothing may get damaged (buttons come off denim, etc), this is not a reflection on our customer service. We will do all we can to either get our customers a new item or fix the product. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Linqping, if you are unhappy with the shirt you purchased PLEASE bring it back and we will be happy to find you a NEW shirt that you will love in replace of it!
