Heart Broken!! by Jay N. at InsiderPages
This vet is great for their pet insurance and for regular check ups, but God forbid your pet come down with something life threatening and they don't take quick action nor do they seem to be associated with any 24 hour emergency clinic that they could refer you to

My cat that I grew up with, the one that meant the world to me, but was left with my Dad when it was time for me to move out due to not wanting to cause her stress or take her away from his other cat, passed away at 10 years of age. She had become mysteriously ill although my Dad didn't realize the signs as she was really hiding her symptoms for quite some time until he realized she wasn't eating her food anymore. He immediately took her in and upon examination and attempts to draw blood they stated her blood pressure was very low. At this point she was very weak. Instead of rushing her blood test results or referring my Dad to an after hours clinic that could they sent her home, stated there was nothing they could do for her at the clinic until they got the results, and took until 2pm the following day to call my Dad with results. At this point they determined that her blood platelets were attacking her immune system, her blood count was down to 25k (normal for a cat is around 175k), and all they did was have him pick up medicine that was supposed to take over her immune system. They didn't advise to bring her back in despite the urgency.

My Dad went home, administered a dose of medicine to her, force fed her some food as they had advised and an hour or so later she had crawled behind her cat tree and died.

I was absolutely devastated. I got this cat the weekend after I had returned from being in the hospital for 3 days after a tragic car accident that had claimed the life of my bestest friend. This cat provided comfort and companionship to me during a very very difficult time in my life and

Caveat emptor!
One of the veterinarians did not heed the manufacturer's warning on a prescription medication he prescribed for my dog and in two weeks she was dead from heart failure. He failed to do any testing to see if she could tolerate the medication, despite her condition being well documented in their records and the clear warning on the manufacturer's label.

Sick puppy! by sheetal b. at InsiderPages
I had a sick puppy that I was pet-sitting and it got really sick. I called the hospital and it was probably 11pm in the evening but I was surprised to get a phone call. The vet then met me at the hospital 30 minutes later and took a look at friends puppy. He was very nice, and very compassionate and calmed my nerves. He gave me some medication and the pup was steady enough to come home with me, and he was a happy little puppy again. I would definitely recommend this Veterinary Hospital to friends and family!

PROS: Friendly Doctor
