I find Dr. D to be very knowledgeable and he seems to very much care whether or not I am doing well. I once had to call him for an urgent matter and he called me back within a few minutes. You can schedule the appointment time for as long as you like (of course the longer the time the more expensive the visit).

Pros: Knowledgeable, caring; responds quickly to urgent calls
Cons: Office hours are basically 9 to 5 which can make it difficult to schedule an appointment if you can't get away from work
