Ms. Drelay was wonderful until Ike.; Its now exactly 15 days since the claim, and the adjuster called on day 11 to say it would be between 7-10 days more. On which planet is this acceptable? I had to move I am paying mortgage rental, and storage unit.
I had a meeting a work , and my colleagues had an adjuster in 2 days. I called after a week and they explained they had been calling the land line in city with no power.
I guess I can expect resolution by November for an issue in September. If situation chanages I will happily update
