I was referred to Dana Point Dental by my sister who has been a patient there for years. As a discerning consumer, I was highly impressed with the quality of care that I received from everyone. My hygienist was very thorough and gently and the doctor was even more so!
I cant believe that the other reviews are for this same office. Seems unlikely...

At first it seemed great. Everyone was friendy and nice...almost too nice. They told me that I needed apx. $6,000-$12,000 worth of work done (fillings!). They should have worked with me and the insurance plan that I had had. Instead they slipped in all sorts of "good"...but optional, procedures which were not covered under my insurance (padding the bill!?)and scheduled me to have the most expensive of each procedure done. They should have informed me beforehand of my options as many suitable procedures are covered under my plan. I think that the quality of work is decent but the thing that they care about most is making money. I am switching providers!

No service. Rude Staff. They would not explain things and charged me for things that did not make sense at all.
