Horrible customer service ‎

Dan D rental has terrible service. Initially when we chose to rent linens and chairs from them for a wedding they were good to work with giving us ideas on decorating the Community House in Cheyenne. However, when finalizing all of the rentals they were short with me on the phone, interrupting me, took my credit card information, which they later lost, and then did not ask the correct questions in regards to rentals. For example, it wasn't until the day of the wedding when setting up that we realized Dan D had given us the wrong skirting clips (they were too small), an therefore we were unable to use the table skirts. Later, when trying to get a refund on the charge of the table skirts Dan D replied that it was OUR fault for not specifying the location and that since we had picked up the table skirts it was our problem and were rude to us even though I did specify the event location when I reserved the rentals. In addition it was extremely difficult to get our deposits back. They ...
