I have never been treated so poorly. When workers came out to put my windows in, they didn't have the right window, didn't have enough screen to repair my screen, and had failed to see that I needed a Andersen window. 3 months of phone calls, going into Daly Glass and still didn't have my screen done or Andersen Window. I was given an estimate and paid for 1/2. It took 3 months to get the difference back as I had had it waiting. I also had to personally go in to get an invoice for the job. They lied about my screen by saying they didn't have the spleen for it. When the workers came out the only reason it wasn't repaired was, according to them, they didn't have enough screen to replace the damaged one. Finally after all of this time, I talked to the secretary and in 2 days got my refund. I will tell all of my friends about my encounter that own apartments not to use Daly Glass.

I had written the original review below too soon ! I had not used Daly in a while and went looking for their phone #er on the web since i couldn't transfer my numbers from my old phone to my newer smart phone. I saw they had no review & because of my past experience knew that I was qualified to leave an honest review. ( I'm 'hats' - I just had to create a new account since my privacy settings scrub cookies & passwords ). ANYWAYS - I contacted them, they showed up late, took measurements & my info and NEVER got back to me ! So I called back and asked what was the progress of my order - They said they didn't know who I was ! So I gave my information again & they said they would call me back. The person that answers the phone is new to me as was the man they sent out so I guess the original people that used to work there are gone. So, again, nobody returned my second call. I am a General Contractor and have used Daly Glass many times over the years ( about 7 times ). Each time was for a different reason ( broken windows twice / Mirror twice / Studio window once, etc ) Mostly small jobs. While I also use other shops I have always kept Daly in my mind as a reliable source. Sort of like a local hardware store that always has what you want. I am a VERY picky contractor and nobody or anything is EVER good enough for me - but, I am usually at ease when I work with Daly ( never felt like I was getting ripped off ). Thats about all I can say. You will have to shop around for yourself etc. because no one shop is best for everything glass & mirror. I notice that their employees have stayed with them ever since I started using their service. I think they are family owned, or were, and have been in business since the '50's.‎
