WHAT SERVICE
I have never been treated so poorly. When workers came out to put my windows in, they didn't have the right window, didn't have enough screen to repair my screen, and had failed to see that I needed a Andersen window. 3 months of phone calls, going into Daly Glass and still didn't have my screen done or Andersen Window. I was given an estimate and paid for 1/2. It took 3 months to get the difference back as I had had it waiting. I also had to personally go in to get an invoice for the job. They lied about my screen by saying they didn't have the spleen for it. When the workers came out the only reason it wasn't repaired was, according to them, they didn't have enough screen to replace the damaged one. Finally after all of this time, I talked to the secretary and in 2 days got my refund. I will tell all of my friends about my encounter that own apartments not to use Daly Glass.
