The owner is now doing business as Empire Flooring and Design Center on Brokaw Rd. San Jose. My flooring was faulty and needs to be removed. The floors were not leveled prior to installation of laminate. The company refuses to do anything. I've had contractors inspect the floors and they feel the installation was bad. The mfg. of the floors will not warranty the material. Stay clear of this company if you want quality workmanship and an ethical dealer.
