When I first went to Dallas I had an idea of what I wanted but with his expertise Dallas was able to craft an absolutely gorgeous ring and we stayed in my budget. I called to ask what metals they worked with and they hung up on me. Thinking it might be a phone malfunction, I called back and asked again. They were very abrupt and rude.‎

I took my ring, which Dallas had made years ago, in to be resized. Dallas quoted me a price, which was more than I was expecting, I wasn't sure if I still wanted to do it or not. He assured me "just leave it here and I will take care of it. I'll do what I can". Long story short it was more than the original quote. When I tried to explain the situation he was on the phone and he began to talk badly about me (right in front of me) to the person he was on the phone with. He continued to talk badly about me on the phone and didn't even acknowledge me. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had! This was very disappointing since my previous experiences were positive with Dallas. I will NEVER go back, nor will I recommend this store to anyone!‎

This is the place for creative design for any taste. Instead of buying my daughter a graduation ring, she'll never wear again, we went to Dallas. He designed a ring within our budget she'll cherish forever.
