Pros: They are happy to place orders for you and they call you when they get in. They always remember my name.
Cons: It is a little far from my house

Highly Recommend!
Rachel and Susan are very knowlegable and helpful. The store is well stocked, w/ a good selection, and special orders come in a reasonable time. As a piano teacher I appreciate having Da Capo nearby. I have been doing business w/ them for several years.
