This is the first business I have reviewed negatively, but my experience there was so horrendous that I feel that I should try to protect others from having to deal with this company. They put in my air conditioning less than a year ago. It has never worked and has cost me over $3500. Another company came out and detailed the shoddy workmanship that led to the problems, and outlined how to fix it, but DQS is not interested. Initially, DQS claimed to have lost their records of the job, and said that they denied being the company who installed the condenser and coil When I found my own receipts, they just changed the story to say that they had very short warranties, which were not disclosed in writing, and that it was buyer beware. Go to another company -- please!!!

This company replaced my evaporator coil and air conditioner last September. When I turned the air conditioning on for the first time this summer, the system did not work. The company first denied that they had even put in the system (when I told them I lost the receipt) and stated that they would have been glad to repair it under a one year warranty if I had a receipt. When I found the receipt, they admitted that they had done the work, but reduced the warranty to 6 months and still refused to do the repair. They are the most dishonest company I have ever worked with.
