After reading this unfair post pertaining to D.Meredith I had to respond ! The blonde at the desk has not been there for 3 years. As soon as the owner Debbie began getting complaints she let her go ! Debbie is very personable and most accommodating to every client coming in the door. The 3 employees that left were the previous owners and their best friend. And they left because they still wanted to be "the owners" ! This review was most unfair to Debbie and shame on the person who wrote it ! Perhaps a prior owner ???

The Woman who works at the front desk is CONSTANTLY screwing up people's appointments. She has screwed me up numerous times, my fiance and while I was there, there were many times other people walked in expecting to have appointments and did now. I can see a mistake happening once in a while, but not consistent like she does and the owner, Debbie, doesn't seem to care much about it.

Speaking of Debbie, she too is not a very professional woman. You would think, being an onwer of a business that relies on repeat customers, she would be nice to everyone, but she doesn't even acknowledge you. She treats her staff poorly, even going as far as to chastise someone in front of customers and other staff members. She isn't fair when it comes to dishing work out equally and her turnover rate is so high that every week there is a new hair wash person and her stylists are all leaving to go where they are appreciated. Due to her poor treatment of her staff and her poor business practices, she has lost 3 of her best stylists over the past 3 months.

Don't waste your money here....there are many other salons, close-by that you can go to and get 100% better service
