Paid to install dry cleaning machines in February of 2007 and almost June of 2008 and still waiting for job to be complete. Takes money then routes workers to other jobs. Normal to have delays from PG&E, City Inspectors and other third parties, but contractor will drop you as soon as they are paid by someone else.
Pros: None
Cons: Drag their feet and procrastinate costing the client thousands in excess expenses and lost rents.
