CONS:

This is a fairly small store, yet packed to the gills with luggage. They cater for everyone (even kids luggage). You get great personalized service from very attentive staff - nothing is too much trouble. Parking is easy (public parking alongside the store and also across the street). The store has been there forever, so they must be doing something right.
