I was disappointed with Cypress Muffler and I would not recommend anybody to patronize their business. I was gouged outrageously on a Flowmaster muffler plus installation on my Ford F-350. I made the mistake of not pricing other places before getting my installation. I depended on the trust and honesty of the proprietor which cost me dearly. The job consisted of removal of the old exhaust system from the cat converter. I requested for a 3 inch inlet and outlet Flowmaster, 3 inch piping, and to drop down before the rear axle. The worker charged me $250.00 plus tax and upon that dreaded feeling of being overpriced, I called two different muffler shops and I received an estimate of $140.00 from the 1st shop and $175.00 from the 2nd shop. The lesson learned here is to be a smart shopper, do your pricing before committing, and learn from other people's mistake.
