This laundry facility is convenience,and always clean. Tthey offer internet service which I can be doing my laundry and surf the internet as well. , I like the idea no packing quaters with me, they have a electronic card system.overall I am pleased with their service, I would said two thumbs up!!

The cleanest place to wash your clothes, hands down. You can wash and dry there in under an hour. I was not going to even write a review until after I saw the negative one before me and laughed. I like how this person claims the staff is incompetent. My friend used to work there, and of the 4 employees that work there, they have a combined 5 college degrees.

This is by far the best place in the Baton Rouge area, seriously.

A lot of laundromats are dirty, shady places...but Cyclone is in a good area just outside of LSU. It's kept clean all the time and is always staffed with helpful people. You can watch movies while you fold your clothes, surf the net with the free wifi, grab a snack, read a magazine on the couch...it's a great place to do laundry, but you can sit around for an hour or so while your clothes get clean and not be bored!

My experience at cyclone laundry was miserable in every way. First of all, dry cleaning for women's clothing is exorbitantly expensive (be careful they'll try to sell you their launder option which is them just washing your clothes for dry cleaning prices). When I went to pick up my clothes, one of my dresses still had a stain on it (which I subsequently had removed by Tiger Tailoring after Cyclone told me they just couldn't get it out). My second dress, a $400 dollar satin one, had iron burn marks on the bust. I ended up paying nearly 50 dollars to dry clean both of these because I had to have both mistakes fixed by Tiger Tailoring. Third, they had broken all of the buttons except for one off of my dress shirt (a fairly expensive Banana Republic button down). I demanded that they ask their dry cleaner (they don't do it in house) to repair the buttons and to let me know when I could come back and get the shirt. I called three times and finally, a month and a half later they informed me that the shirt was ready for pick up and that they had lost my phone number. I went in to pick up the shirt and discovered that they had sewn these ridiculous flower buttons onto it (after insisting to me that they 'searched everywhere to find matching buttons'-the originals were just white and that would have been fine). Further, they hadn't DRY CLEANED THE SHIRT, which was what I had paid them to do in the first place, and returned it to me looking as though it had been wadded up in the corner; of course they still made me pay for the dry cleaning after rendering it unwearable and failing to dry clean it at all. I'm not sure that I've had a worse experience at a business ever before, and I'm pretty sure that the person who wrote the review above mine must be a friend of the owner or something.

My experience is that this place is a safe, extremely clean, efficient and nice place to do laundry- not at all what I originally thought of laundries. The customer service was great- especially since I am not used to using commercial washers and dryers. The attendant explained the debit-like card system and walked me through the process without being pushy. There are places to sit and read magazines, use wi-fi for free, play video games and watch tv. I was surprised to find that they will even do your laundry for you that day or next-day service. They also do dry-cleaning. I would recommend this place, especially if want to do your wash in a clean, safe place. I would go back!
