The lady who did my highlights used a cap which pulls out the stands of hair to be highlighted, my head felt numb after all that pulling, after I was told to go sit under the dryers, i was there sitting for about 25mins, later she returns and checks my hair and raised the heat of dryer and left, i didnt even know what was going on (since it was my first time getting highlights) 15mins past, i was ready for a cut not satisfied with it. it wasnt even what i hoped for and due to some medical excuse that she had she did even style my hair and charged me over $70. Last time I went and would NOT recommend it.
