This place is great!
IM not sure what the other people are talking about. I didn't get a super deal the price was fair. and the service was good. i walked in the gentlemen (i didn't see any kids) knew alot about fireplace and what i was looking for to heat my livening room and the style. now i just need the cold weather to get here so i can enjoy my new fireplace thank you guys A+ work!

Poor Management - Took our Money and Ran
We had money on account for pellets. They ran out of pellets early last February and never got any more in again. We had money on account, as we prepaid for pellets. I just called to ask if they had any in for this season and was told the place was sold and under new management. I asked what happened to the money that I had on account, and was told the it went with the old owners. I am out approximately $150.

Worst service ever
The place is a joke. You visit their show room and they never have enough help. Once you do get help it is by kids cause the lady that manages the place is rude and has little to no customer service skills. The price we got was about $500 less than anywhere else. That was the mistake. Knowing what I know now, I woul dspend 4x that much more. Promised 2 weeks. They come and and tore up my fireplace and said it would not fit and left my fireplace torn up, After numerous attempts to resolve, ended up spending more money for something that woudl fit. They came out to install and installer, not affliliated with the store says the store made a mistake and charges more for the installation.

Poor business practices, stay no matter what price or promises they make....
