They are supposed to manage weigh-in's and help you with meeting your goals. There is bad lighting and bad air circulation which makes the place depressing. Exercise hours are limited and inconvenient. Once you sign that contract you have promised to pay your money so check out other Curves sites before committing to this one that just wants your money.
