It's a Wonderful Life!: Curves in Saco is wonderful! The instructors are great - they keep you going and pep you up. The facility is very clean and all the equipment is the best. I have only been going for a little more than a month, and I have already lost 13.5 lbs at the monthly weigh-in, lost 11.75 inches and 9.7% body fat. It's very exciting and I can't wait to go there each day.
