Curtis Restaurant Supply has a good selection of kitchenware. We get miscellaneous supplies from them our our two restaurants. They have very good customer service as well.

I was always under the assumption that this business was just for large restaurant chains but they acutally have a huge showroom full of top quality dishes, utinsels and all kinds of pots and pans and anything else you might ever need in your kitchen. They also have gift certificates which i took advantage of for the cooks in my family last christmas. Great place- fun to check out even if you aren't shopping!
