Took nine months to complete 2 week job. Were placed on 7 week waiting list on March 9th 2007. Job not completed until the end of October, 2007. Often would not show up for weeks. Customer had to constantly call and pursue completion of project. I expected better service for the cost. Obvious that priority given to larger more expensive projects, not whomever was next on waiting list.
