Very Happy Customer

Bill and I would like to express our appreciation of a job well done by both Tomas Coronado and Eric Mathis who recently replaced our septic system. They were very professional, friendly and thorough and performed this job with excellence. We were very impressed with the “extra effort” they went to in finding supports for our older mesquite tree and also in protecting my favorite vine on our gate to the back yard.
You should be very proud of both men as representatives of your company. Since Bill and I have contracted Cummings Plumbing for several years now for various jobs, we were expecting the same excellence and were not disappointed. In addition, we feel like we made two new friends.

Professional house call

We hired Cummings Plumbing to pump our septic tank. My husband decided to dig the hole before Cummings came on the call. It took a lot of time and he was dreading the next time it had to be pumped. The Cummings Plumbing person told us of a quick time saving tip that would increase the height of the septic cover, while at the same time providing easy access to it. Such a simple solution and a great time saver....

Of course, we love that our tank is now empty.... :)

Worst service I've ever had from any company

Do not use this company! Serviceman was extremely rude and beligerant. Did work improperly and then wanted to charge me more when he had to come back and fix it. I've never had an experience like this before with any kind of service company.
