I called on culpepper plumbing and they did a great job. they were very helpful in the information they gave explaining what they had done and they were very professional. the office personnel was very helpful as well and they all were very courteous. I would recommend culpepper to anyone looking for a great plumbing company. Also their pricing is really reasonable than most.

I contacted Culpepper plumbing about fixing a leak under my kitchen sink and install a new faucet. They found the leak, fixed it and installed the new faucet.

However, after they left I noticed one of the handles on the sink was backwards. I called them and the fellow that worked on it said there was nothing he could do. It was made to fit that way. So I ended up fixing the handle myself.

The next day I noticed I still had a leak under the sink. This time, instead of calling again, I fixed that myself as well. I guess the old saying is true, If you want something done right, do it yourself..

I don't think the fellow was incompetent, I think he just didn't care if he fixed it right or not. Needless to say I won't be calling them again.
