Not impressed with customer service by Debbie B. at InsiderPages

We went to Cuddeback years ago when we had our other horse trailer for a brake issue and I was not at all impressed by their demeanor or customer service. I won't go back unless there's no other option.

Problem with lights on trailer by Audrey R. at InsiderPages

I have an older horse trailer that had a problem with the lights not working. I took it to Cuddeback and they charged me $100 to fix the problem. I drove off the lot and they still were not working. When I went back to tell them they still were not working they offered no solution, nor did they give me my money back. I had them fixed elsewhere.
