I have to be honest. The doctor was really nice and helpful; however his staff was so awful that I will never go back. I had been going for two years, and I went in Feb 2009 to get more contacts (my prescription had not expired). I showed the lady who was helping me my new vision card so she could call and find out exactly how many contacts I could get. She wouldn't even call. All she said was that I had to have the exam at the same time in order to receive the benefits. (This doctor was on my list of providers.) I decided to leave and call my vision plan to find out the facts. The lady at Vision Block let me know I had $175 contact allowance and it would NOT affect me getting an exam later. So great I was happy to be able to let the lady at Crystal Clear know. I go in and she tells me I can only get $105 worth and I would have to pay $25 for the fourth box.
