Crush Comics is one of the better comics stores in the Bay Area. They have a nice back issue collection with plenty of TPBs and a great selection of newer books. The only draw back is the owner is not too friendly and is rude at times...

A perfect place for a comic book collector. You can spend hours looking through the terrific collection of comic books. My boys, who are card and comic book collectors, enjoy spending time there after visiting the movie theatre next door. A great weekend activity!!

I love Crush Comics & Cards, particularly for its back issue collection. Most of the back issues are $.50 to $1.00 with more current issues and Silver and Bronze age stuff being higher, but VERY reasonably priced. What seperates these $.50 and $1.00 bins from other stores is that it's organized by Publisher, title and in sequential order. I go there with my list of things I need and have completed runs and filled in gaps. It's a great store.
