I have visited Dr. Crum's office for my last eye appointment, and I impressed with their services. everything from their courteous staff, to their presentation and location has been great. Their service is pretty fast with providing glasses/contacts.
They have trial-ware available on site (at least when I was there... for instance, I was able to try on some contacts right there and then, which was nice.)

They have a big selection of glasses to choose from also, and anything that is not on display, they can order from catalogues if needed. Their prices are fairly reasonable, not too high, not too low, but I'm willing to pay the price for great service, and good staff.
I highly recommend you visit their office, you won't be disappointed.
