Priced too high , took about 1/2 hour longer to arrive and gave

Priced too high , took about 1/2 hour longer to arrive and gave the impression over the phone that they had an actual shop in Redlands I could come to. They are a MOBILE ONLY company so it was very hard to have them come back ( since I couldn't come to them) to fix a few things they left undone. I wouldn't use them again at home or at my business.
PS: Look them up their address is 1639 Tivoly dr. they even have it wrong here , I guess that is a personal address.

misslead by this ad: They leaded me to believe they were local to Redlands , their bill was from Yucaipa , also told me to just pass by their shop on Redlands Blvd , well is not theirs or even the same company , is called Redlands lock or something like that , they gave me great service . They should Update their information!
