I went to Crown Hill to purchase materials for my small landscape supply store in novato, i was amazed at the level of service the staff provided and the selection that was in stock. Very bad customer service‎

I understand people in industrial businesses aren't used to a lot of customer service, but that doesn't explain the old guy with the turban. My neighbor and I went together to ask about concrete. The man behind the counter insisted I should not come there without a contractor (the place is actually retail), he laughed at me in front of my neighbor when I asked ordinary questions, he could not answer me about basic prices, and when I complained it didn't feel like he wanted my business....he got hysterical and started repeating over and over that never in his life did he hear someone say something so rude. He refused to help me any further. I was simply asking if they delivered ready-mix concrete in small quantities, but I was unable to calculate the quantity fast enough before he became so impatient. He then tried to service my neighbor as if nothing had just happened. My neighbor got pretty much the same level of customer service. My neighbor and I are spending about $25K ...
